1. What we access
When the owner of the House Money YouTube channel authorizes Ace through Google, the system may access channel information, public video details, public comments, comment author names or channel identifiers, and existing House Money replies. It may also post replies from the authorized House Money channel.
2. How we use it
We use this information only to monitor new comments, avoid duplicate replies, respond to routine community questions, provide the free Discord invitation when relevant, and route questionable or sensitive comments to House Money administrators for review.
3. Storage and retention
OAuth credentials and limited operational records—such as processed comment identifiers, reply history, and daily reply counts—are stored in a protected server environment. We keep operational records only as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
4. Sharing
House Money does not sell Google user data. Data is processed only through services needed to operate the feature, including Google and YouTube, our secured hosting provider, and Discord when a comment is sent to the private administrator review channel.
5. Google API data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Ace requests only the access needed to read and reply to YouTube comments on the authorized House Money channel.
6. Security
We use access controls and protected server configuration to reduce unauthorized access. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure, but credentials are not intentionally exposed in public website files, Discord posts, or public source code.
7. Your choices
The authorized Google account owner may revoke access at any time through Google Account security settings. Community members may delete or edit their own YouTube comments through YouTube. Revoking access stops new API activity but may not immediately remove limited operational records already retained for security or troubleshooting.
